I always thought I was one of those people who would go to college knowing what I wanted to major in, pursue it, start my career & that would be that. Err.. not exactly that simple. Not even a little bit. I have no goal expect that I know I want to work with people, make a difference & be happy in whatever I decide to do. Simple(right?). What once appeared to be something that was so easy to grasp hold of has become like a far away thing.

I've been in school for 2 whole years. Where do I go from here.? I need a plan that will motivate me. I need to see it in black & white or else I'll just float around without purpose.. &That's sort of what I feel like I've been doing. But I'm far from being purposely. I was created with a purpose in mind or else I wouldn't be here.

I know I have all the tools to figure this out.. I just have to align my will with the only will that matters & that surely isn't my own.. Nothing a little prayer can't handle.. I know it's already taken care of.. Ahhh.. I'm good. =]

So many things to say, yet so very afraid.

I watched as you slowly overlapped your four fingers over what was once mine. I began to lose consciousness. The life that was at one time "ours", flashed before my eyes. I watched as it slowly became no more. At every attempt to plead for you not to be the death of me, I failed. I wasn't ready for it to end; certainly not like this. I feared this day would come.. I knew it would but I prayed that it wouldn't. Witnessing the color being drained from all around me.. I watched as you held what was once my heart in the palm of your hand. Imperfection

I`m no where near where I wanna be, but I know I`ve come a long ways.. My expectations & where I see myself going are far less than what He sees in me. God`s will & plan for my life is far greater than I could ever bring myself to envision.

I`m still learning not to be so hard on myself due to short-comings.. In no way am I perfect, except in that I was made with all the tools I need to get me where I am destined to be. Every time that I fall, I`ll continue to get back up & dust myself off. Where I am is where I am supposed to be. & There are always lessons to be learned.. Dwelling on where I want to be, how I`m gonna get there, & why things aren`t moving as swiftly as I want them to go, won`t get me anywhere. So I`m leaning not on my own understanding & I`m gonna align my will with my Creator. That`s thee`BEST way to do.. It's not easy, but no one ever said it would be.

Rambling – A mastered craft

We all go around roaming this place blindly, so it`s quite understandable that we stumble ever now & again.. Speaking for myself, I walk blind by faith, with the understanding that everything that I need will come to me. (When praises go up, blessings are bound to come down.) Maybe not when I want it, but when I am in most need. .. I`ve made it thus far m o s t l y unscathed, pretty sure that I`m on the right path, & ABSOLUTE on the belief that I wouldn`t be here without the grace of The Creator..

I like to say that I`m not much a worrier.. Things happen. Life`s unexpectancies—they happen. So why add on the unnecessary chore that is worry to the mixing pot.? I`ve gone through my share of crappy experiences, but as it is said "life goes on" & we can probably all attest to that belief. What good does stressing have in store for anyone.? Will it get the bills paid, mouths fed, tasks checked off the list.? I didn`t think so.. "Not worrying" doesn`t mean that you care any less, but that you fully understand that it never got anyone closer to the destination.. If anything it was like pressing the pause button. So STOP worrying, let go &.. well you know the rest.

The only constant..

Everything's changing..
In every area of my life.
I so strongly wish there were a pause button for this thing..
So I could absorb every moment of joy, every laugh, even the pain..
Of course there are memories..
But even those eventually fade..

How do you console someone when you haven't experienced the level of lost that they have..
Is it in a hug.? So they don't feel pain for even but a moment..
Do you tell them a joke.? So their mind wanders even if it's just for a sec..
Do you tell them you love them.? So that the hate is subdued for no longer than it takes you to say it..
Do you make their dreams come true.? So the nightmares don't come for one night..
How do you console someone who has lost so much.??
HOW.?
God allows us to bare no more than we can handle this is true..
But why MUST the devil test this factor.!
Have you no remorse.?
Stupid question I suppose..

The best remedy for curing a bruised and battered heart is allowing God see to it's repair..

You don't have to make them see it, you just do it. Be in humility and if you stumble don't fall. Because if you do, your belief is gone and you'll see the ground. You can fly and you'll be fine. Now go, go spread the fire that burns when it gets cold. Go spread the light. Go spread the Word. Go.
